Awful experience. We spent 3.5 hours here for an x-ray with no evaluation. Nothing urgent about this place. It wasn’t even crowded so there is no reason it should have taken so long. Don’t offer x-rays AND CHARGE FOR THEM if you cannot even read the results or help patients with a reading. We never received checkout paperwork, a copy of the x-ray or any post visit instructions. This place is a complete ripoff
This is pointless I have to sit here waiting on results that only take a minute . I can't work while y'all supposedly testing piss. This is a dumb way of doing things . Not beneficial for me while my bills mount up waiting on this.
Something popped in my knee. Advised intake I needed X-rays. Was told you do X-rays. Checked in 1:30 pm. Had to wait until 4:15 before I was called back; sitting in pain the entire time. Once I got back into room was told by NP that they can’t do X-rays after 2:00 pm and there was nothing she could do for me. Told me to go to an ER. NP seemed stressed and was very rude. I waited 2hours and 50 minutes to been seen and this is suppose to be urgent care ??? I’ll pass thank you.
Was told to come in at 9:15a. Seen at 11:30a. :-(. Since it was busy, the NP that saw me did not bother to sit down to talk to me. Felt rushed. :-(
It took forever with just one doctor seeing everyone. After being in the waiting room for almost two hours, we were briefly taken to the first exam room for a few minutes. Then we were put in a second exam room and after about 45 minutes just waiting and thinking they skipped us or completely forgot about us, the doctor came in and was so obviously rushed that I really think she didn’t even pay attention. Was ignored checking in. The process was not explained after asking and standing there and ended up being bumped other patients taken first. Bathroom out of order . Felt invisible
Check in and evaluation/ treatment. I did have issue with prescription I was given. The specific drug was not covered by my plan. Paid full price. Not sure who is responsible to accept drugs not covered by my plan
