Unfortunately, even though I did the on-line check-in the night before it wasn't like old system where you had an appointment time or at least got taken ahead of walk-ins. Some folks had already been there for 3-4 hours & due to pain I waited for 3-1/2 hrs to be seen. There was 1 PA to see everyone since no Drs. came in that day. I visited urgent care on 1/20/24 due to a cut on my finger, that I bandaged up before I went there to stop the bleeding. The APRN tried to remove the bandage but couldn’t get it lose without tugging on it painfully, she tried to cut it away but she could not remove it and I began to get feint from my blood pressure dropping from the pain try to remove the bandage.. 4 hour wait time
Checked in at 12:30 pm told we could leave and they would call us when they were ready as it was a 3-4 hour wait. They never called! Ended up going to the ER. Horrible experience at the Wesley chapel location! Probably will not go back!
I arrived at 3:00pm. signed in etc. I was told there were 10 waiting ahead of me. I WAITED>>>>>WAITED>>>>>WAITED>>>>>> finally at 6:45pm I was called in. Left at 7:15pm. Was treated well.
This is Steve Albertini, the Paul For Brandon Lucas‘s insurance. He is my stepson and we took him to your facility to be given wrong medication and the incorrect diagnosis. A week later ended up at the ER to find out that our son might possibly have an auto immune system issue. You should check your diagnosis before giving the patients especially in this situation .
$200 out of pocket (no ins.) and all she did was take my vitals & send me home with cough med. Didnt check me for covid, flu, nothing. I did have covid. Should get my money back smh..
The care itself was perfectly good. However, the clinic was not busy, and yet we sat in the waiting room for over an hour, then 45 minutes in the room waiting for PA, and another 45 minutes waiting for the PA to come back after xrays. In similar situations with long waits, at least an apology was offered. Not here. Will never go back - there are many faster options for urgent care.
