I was there for three hours with a very high temperature and all they gave me was cough medicine. They said it was most likely the flu even though the night before my daughter had been in there with strep throat I got progressively more sick and two days later had to go to Dr. again they wasted my time and they made me suffer for no reason instead of being on the road to mend, I got worse. I am a schoolteacher, and my job is extremely difficult.
2 and 1/2 hours wait time. Come on, you should be able to make that time shorter. (Told by staff there was only one person to see patients. Get more people to help.)
Had to wait two hours before being seen by a PA. I was forewarned the about the wait as they only had one person seeing patients.
I came in for a broken knee and there was no X-Ray tech available.
The Doctor was not alert, the DOCTOR came in with an envelope and a pencil to write down my symptoms! Although everything was in the computer from the intake !!! I do not believe this was a DOCTOR
It took almost 5 hours to get treated for a minor issue and both of the PAs still did not know what my issue was and how to treat it. It is unacceptable for an urgent care facility to have a patient waiting for 4 hrs to get into a room and then waiting for another hour to get treated! I had to go out of the room and check with nurses to make sure they did not forget that I was still waiting for the doctor.
I waited 2 hours. I was tested for the flu, given the results, and sent on my way.
Really wanted to give 0 stars. Why ? Came in because having problems breathing. Wasn't I wasn't feeling well. Told her I have asthma. And it's been really bad. She acted like Really didn't want to to be in there with me long. She said go home take Tylenol. WELL , GUESS WHAT , IM IN A HOSPITAL WITH OXYGEN !!!! You need go back to med school or get another job.
There’s no urgency about this urgent care. Came in with strep systems and waited much longer then I should have because the front desk receptionist was a trainee. The check out process was even worse
