I wasn’t greeted by a friendly staff. There were three people at the desk; two staff members and a nurse. When I walked in the nurse began telling us to leave, that they were closed, despite me having an appointment. One of staff members asked what I was there for and I explained my symptoms (facial pressure, piercing headache, difficulty swallowing, a sinus infection) to which the nurse told me to “blow my nose”. Horrible experience! I was charged $245 for a PPD test with a promise to sign a form for a Adult Care Center but the PA Alexi said that she would sign after we came back in 48hrs but then she decided not to and told us to go to our pcp! We just moved here and did not have one yet! Spoke to a manager who was not interested! Think twice before you go there!
Worst experience ever. I’ve been sitting here for three hours in the waiting room. I arrived at 8:15am. Ridiculous. Staff appropriately!!
Not the best attitudes and nurse was lazy with my child’s vitals and testing.
I went to TGH The Heights 3/2/2024 @ 1PM. The service & Dr was good but the technician that did my EKG was a horrible experience. I'm African American woman. He told me to remove everything on top. As I waited for him to leave the room, it appeared he was not leaving for me to undress. He gave me no covering for my top removal. I asked him if he planned on staying in the room. My experience was disappointing. The receptionist seemed indifferent,. The medical staff appeared rushed and disinterested, barely taking the time to listen to my concerns before prescribing medication without thorough examination. Overall, it felt like a factory line of healthcare, lacking in empathy and genuine care for patients.

I waited 3 hours to a PA for 10 minutes who was taking notes in a scrap paper. I felt I wasted my time going to this facility.
I had a 1:30 appointment and was not seen until 3:45. Why ask people to make an appointment when you have intentions of honoring it or even within 45 minutes
