No one at front desk. Waited in line to check in for over 20 minutes at the kiosk. Was told I couldn’t check in online by the nurse and had to do it at the kiosk. I was in pain and I had to stand in line just to check in. How does that make sense? Waited in waiting room for over an hour and a half. Once seen, the dr just referred me to the ER bc they didn’t have an X-ray tech on staff at the time. Waste of money, waste of time. Will never go again.
Primary went on vacation. Waiting on my psych appointment. He agrees to do 10 days at a time and on the last refill he’s on vacation and the person covering for him. Refused to fill my prescription. No taper. No warning. Leaving me in a tremendous amount of discomfort and stress. Putting my life at risk due to risk of seizure. And I have just left my appointment at USF psychiatry unit and was raised from 4 mg to 6 mg so I was being scolded by your office manager that I took too much medication, and I should be ashamed of my... read more
21/2 hour wait was my experience
Feel like the doctor, didn’t do much to figure out my problem.
I sat and waiting 2 1/2 hours, peoples came in after me and went before me wish I think was right. I was very disappointed in the service time that took me to get to the back

Unfortunately, even though I did the on-line check-in the night before it wasn't like old system where you had an appointment time or at least got taken ahead of walk-ins. Some folks had already been there for 3-4 hours & due to pain I waited for 3-1/2 hrs to be seen. There was 1 PA to see everyone since no Drs. came in that day. The PA was very pleasant, but really didn't even examine me, just sent me for xrays of my back since I'd fallen. I visited urgent care on 1/20/24 due to a cut on my finger, that I bandaged up before I went there to stop the bleeding. The APRN tried to remove the bandage but couldn’t get it lose without tugging on it painfully, she tried to cut it away but she could not remove it and I began to get feint from my blood pressure dropping from the pain try to remove the bandage..
