Felt rushed. Wasn’t treated properly. Poor communication
Was there for a little over an hour to be told they did not have a xray tech so I had to go to another clinic to have xray, then dr called and said I needed to go to a hand specialist and they would call me with the appt, that was Monday and 4 days later have not heard from anyone regarding my broken finger and what I should do..
No one at front desk. Waited in line to check in for over 20 minutes at the kiosk. Was told I couldn’t check in online by the nurse and had to do it at the kiosk. I was in pain and I had to stand in line just to check in. How does that make sense? Waited in waiting room for over an hour and a half. Once seen, the dr just referred me to the ER bc they didn’t have an X-ray tech on staff at the time. Waste of money, waste of time. Will never go again.
Primary went on vacation. Waiting on my psych appointment. He agrees to do 10 days at a time and on the last refill he’s on vacation and the person covering for him. Refused to fill my prescription. No taper. No warning. Leaving me in a tremendous amount of discomfort and stress. Putting my life at risk due to risk of seizure. And I have just left my appointment at USF psychiatry unit and was raised from 4 mg to 6 mg so I was being scolded by your office manager that I took too much medication, and I should be ashamed of my... read more
21/2 hour wait was my experience
Feel like the doctor, didn’t do much to figure out my problem.
I sat and waiting 2 1/2 hours, peoples came in after me and went before me wish I think was right. I was very disappointed in the service time that took me to get to the back
The PA, Megan, was wonderful: responsive to my concerns and proved the care I needed. Thanks, Megan.
