I was seen within an hour and a half after signing in online. The staff was friendly. Although my symptoms (including cough, headache, congestion) in my opinion warranted some sort of testing, no tests were done or recommended. I was prescribed an antibiotic and sent on my way. I paid 195$ and waited +2 hours just to hear them say ‘we think you should go to the ER.’ People should never go there, 0 help. Huge waste of my money. 195 dollars is craziness.
Rib xrays were taken. Technician (Jesus) told me I had 5 broken ribs. Then Dr. Ferrell told me a radiologist "for legal reasons" would not put that in writing and that no ribs were broken. I left facility confused & with more questions than I came in with 1 1/2 hours earlier!

I went to the Tyrone location as I always had, previously has been a good experience. This time I knew something was wrong and I asked for a chest Xray, they couldn't do it there but sent me to the 4th St location, no problem because I felt it was necessary even though the APRN that checked me out didn't hear anything even though I could hear a rattle in my chest. The wait was extremely long almost 3 hours. It is a clean facility with nice staff members as well as the attending provider.
Great. Always come here for fast service.
I feel like the doctor could of been more understanding and actually gave me medicine at least even though it was a viral illness I still was in pain.
