Waited over 3 hours to be seen, then waited more in the room, but that’s to be expected. Doctor came in and checked me quick, was out quick and came back gave me my paperwork and I was gone. I’m sure the doctor was ready to get me out, I understand; I was ready to go home too. The part that bothered me was the doctor didn’t even talk to me, I felt like a burden to be there. At least if there was a kindness, or just to say, “I’m sorry we are very busy but can I answer any questions you have?” I had to read my discharge papers... read more

Took forever even though no one was there. PA gave very incorrect information regarding viruses and bacteria-saying that all bacterial infections begin as viral. What??? Then prescribed cough medicine she admitted probably doesn't work. As well as saying its normal to have a cough for 6 weeks. Insane experience. Never going back.

The person that helped me was great, but they charged me $79, the full amount for the visit. My insurance pays for tele medicine with a $37 copay. Why would you get your full payment the day of appointment, before ever submitting to insurance. Not happy about that.

The check-in was fine, the wait was normal. No complaints. The doctor I visited with was very sympathetic, and immediately checked me for an infection that would require antibiotics to heal. The medicines were prepared at my pharmacy within an hour.

The Pa I have seen before and never wants to help. I went in because of a severe cough that kept me up all night and very painful in the lungs. I want med a suppressant with something to help me sleep. I was told to take over the counter meds. I can do that on my own so why do I need to cost and inconvenience of coming in to the doctor?

I don't understand why you make appointments if they don't mean anything.

Never saw an actual Dr. and was Mis Diagnosed by the PA that caused me pain and suffering due to the wrong diagnosis. I went to the cardiovascular doctor you recommended and he laughed at me and told me I needed to find a real doctor as my issue had nothing to do with veins or cardiovascular. It was GOUT.

After knowing, for weeks, that I had a Cardiac implant, they canceled my MRI appointment after I had already arrived for it. Their reason was that they needed to have a Cardiologist on hand for the procedure. You don’t wait until the person is there for the procedure to cancel it. I’m now told that the earliest I can make another appointment is the week AFTER I see the Doctor who needs to review it. Since they knew at the outset (WEEKS AGO) that I had a Cardiac Implant, that should have never been scheduled for that location... read more

I was 2nd in line, when clinic opened and it took almost 2 hours to be seen by a PA. I was prescribed $26 worth of comfort medications and after one week, I’m still sick. I need real meds.
