Ellen at the front desk was friendly and efficient. The triage nurse was so nice. Sorry that I don't remember her name. I saw the PA, Jennifer and all I can say is WOW! She was so thorough and comforting. She listened to my concerns, addressed my situation and explained the treatment and meds she was prescribing for me. Great bedside manner! The whole process moved quickly and efficiently; great employees.
I didn’t have to wait long and the physician assistant was great & ordered the medicine I needed.
My son broke his hand and was kind of nervous to have it checked. Of course we were not sure of the fracture until the x-ray, which your facility went to great pains to expedite despite the fact that your technician had left for the evening. You were all terrific, calling me personally and making the appointment with the specialist for our follow-up. Thank you all so much.
This was my 2nd time going to this urgent care location. The Team is friendly and efficient. The wait times have not been bad, even without an appointment. A wait is to be expected at any walk-in service medical facility. I would recommend Fast Track Urgent Care.
