Great fast and effective treatment
The staff gives you The wrong timeframe for results from the COVID-19 test. We have been waiting for results and it has been hell because u guys never and i mean never answer your phones -we leave messages and no one ever and i mean ever calls back. Amber said 2-4 days and that has come and gone and u all just don’t care!!!! Mike said he’d call me And he hasn’t..... We cant believe anything anyone says. Due to the circumstances, the lines were very long. Once checked in and paper work was filled out, the process was quick and efficient. Staff was super friendly and welcoming, and it was a very clean office.
10.5 hours waiting in the hot sun was miserable and not safe. There has to be a better process.
There was only one person working at the front counter I study in line over an hour to be seen but overall it was okay once you got called in the bagk
Waited for six hours to be seen. 1st we waited for 1 1/12 before we asked how much longer. Receptionist said 1 1/2-2 more hours before we would be seen. So we let them know we were going to grab a quick bite to get lunch. The lady said that was fine. When we came back 30 mins later we were told they called us. The receptionist was now a new person and we were moved to the back of the wait list. Worst experience. Don’t go here
I sat outside for six hours to get inside to take a covid test so that the rooms could be cleaned and sanitized in between. I watched numerous pre surgery people pull up to the back and get the covid test while still in their cars and then able to leave. Why wouldn't you do the covid test in people's cars so that you can move people a long a lot faster. It was a very frustrating day. The only good part of the whole day was the staff especially the nurse/doctor that I saw. They were very nice.
7 hour wait for exam and Covid test
The wait time was ridiculous and the fact I had to wait in my car being symptomatic. There should have been a separate line for people with and without symptoms that may help people genuinely not feeling good from being uncomfortable for 4/5 hours
