We went due to a coworker of my husband had been diagnosed with corona virus and his boss wanted everyone at the office to be tested. We got there pretty late, but it was quick in and out, the receptionist was great and so was the doctor. And we were negative... Rapid test was great and so was our exeperience there.
I had an appointment at this location and they gave it to someone else and said I would have to wait over two hours, even though I had a confirmation email. The woman at the front desk was extremely rude and unhelpful. She was dismissive to my questions and concerns.
Great staff! First time at BHP and as a patient. Smooth experience and well trained staff. Would recommend you to anyone who wants world class care!

Your location is very close to my home so it was convenient. I was there for a drive thru Covid test. There were 3 cars ahead of me and 3cars behind me.The line moved fast. Everyone told me that the nasal swab was painful but it was not— just a little tickle. Very good experience.
The staff were all friendly and efficient. They were very compassionate and listened carefully. The facility is very clean and bright and well equipped. I would definitely recommend them to others and will use them again for future emergencies.
The appt. I initially made online was not seen on arrival . I was then told I would need to wait at least 2 hours before being seen as a walk in so I made another appt. on site online which was seen by receptionist . I then waited over 3 hours to be seen for a blood test. The M.A. twice installed needles to draw blood unsuccessfully and needed the DR to do it . ( unpleasant experience).
