I messed up the on-line appointment but was seen with only a short wait. The NP was very thorough, knowledgeable, and professional. Excellent service and I felt very confident that I was receiving first rate care on very short notice.
Fast service, nice staff
Arrived at 3:00 for a 3:30 appointment. Was called at 5:05. The entire time I was waiting you were accepting walk up customers. As a percentage of your customers are walk ups, perhaps you should change your appointment scheduling process.
When you walk in the clinic there is a large sign that says sanitize and put on a mask before approaching the counter yet there weren't any masks or sanitizer available. The lobby had multiple people in it without masks on, and the lobby was full of at least 20 people instead of having patients wait in their cars. Also the pens and clip boards people were using didn't appear to be santized between uses. The provider was very professional and helpful, and kind.
From reception to the intake nurse and Dr. Collins who treated me, everyone was very professional and caring. I will definitely return to the Gandy location.
The line moved quickly all of the ladies were very professional answered all of my questions.
