I had an epassport for a drug screening and there was no wait at check-in when I arrived at 3pm, however I was not made aware how long the wait would be or that once I checked in I could not leave and be notified by phone that I was ready to be seen. After an hour I asked how much longer and was told that drug screens were done when a nurse was available, not on fcfs basis. After 2 1/2 more hours I said I would come back in the morning but was advised that a new epassport would have to be submitted. So I waited until 7:15pm!... read more

The people were rude I had an appointment at 9 am didn't leave there until 11 am with no blood drawn because the nurse didn't know how to draw blood and the man came in and said he didn't have time to do it and told me to go to quest to get my blood drawn. This is a workman's comp case you just don't go get blood done with out approval. Very rude people who don't know what there doing.
Made a appointment for 5pm and wasn’t seen by a doctor till 8:45pm. Under staffed and over booked.
I waited 6 hrs to get tested. Would you be happy. Your phone never answers 925-1903. Why don’t you try calling that number. Left my name and number 4 times each for 2 days. Nothing. You are understaffed and very disorganized. Opened too many clinics to fast person in charge should be fired. I will never ever go back. Have a nice day. I will never hear from you guys , just like answering your phone. You guys have serious problems
