Each person was very easy to talk to and I especially liked the woman that checked us in and also the Nurses Assistant - she was super friendly and reassuring and genuinely seemed to care. Liked the cleanliness of the facility and the convenience to our home and how the spacing was very good. Thank you for your great service. So glad you are close by!
I think the only thing I would change is your efficiency, instead of using employee time of 30 minutes to wipe down manually you can cut your time by almost 80% or more by purchasing EMist EPIX360 Handheld Electrostatic Sprayer. After calling for over two hours and not getting an answer, I finally drive to this location for a COVID test. I walked in to two empty bottles of sanitizer on a table, and checked in. I was told there were 10 people in front of me. I asked the receptionist how long it would be and she said she couldn’t give me an estimate. After two hours in my car, I walked in and asked how much longer it would be and was told that they were JUST inputting my information and that there were STILL 5 people in front of me. The reservation was easy online, wait time was a few minutes, the meeting with the Doctor when very well and the Doctor was friendly and informative. The facilities are very nice and everything was in one building.
friendly staff, straight to the point medically,besides the paper work in and out appx. 15 minutes. good experience.
I made an appointment and still waited 3 hours. The visit with the NP was good, however the assistant that took my vitals kept saying her stethoscope wasn’t working properly and couldn’t get a good reading on my BP, but never came back to repeat with another stethoscope. Staff also should introduce themselves when greeting a patient.
Was long but understandable correct to help all of us. I found people around me made it easier to stay in line. At the end of the day the doctor who called me was wonderful and made sure I was tested. A few hours after testing a nurse called me with results and also gave me food advice. Thank all of you for the help you gave me. Keep safe
