Positive, diagnosis for bronchitis, chest X-ray done . Attending physician very personable, very informative! I feel had my best interest in visit.
Reception staff is NEVER friendly, we have used this location several times with great experiences with the physicians/nurse practitioners but the support staff is frustrating. We have had to wait for the receptionist to complete their, very clearly personal phone calls- not business, several different occasions before they could/would do their job. We were told By the NP this last visit to call back should there be any concerns- I did call and left a message, never to hear back, I was absolutely not surprised.
My appointment time was 7:30 am. Was instructed to arrive between 7-730am. I was late due to a traffic jam as I live in Clearwater and the causeway that morning had an accident which slowed my arrival Then I am a dialysis with stage 5 Renal Disease and I parked in the deck after 15 minutes riding up to the top to find a spot for some reason it was full at 730am.
