I came in with COVID symptoms and for the almost two hours I waited, I observed not one pen, clipboard, countertop, or chair being wiped off. Not until almost two hours into my wait, did someone from the reception area give anyone the option of waiting in their car until they were called back. If I knew that was an option, I would have gladly done that. I observed someone being turned away because they did not have a method of payment that they could provide for future use. I had booked my appointment for swab test at 11:30am but I wasn’t called until almost 2pm. Although the Receptionist was so nice to tell me that they haven’t forgotten about me but I guess waiting for almost 3 hours without lunch was quite long. The doctor who took care of me was really nice but the medical assistant was kind of in a hurry. Over all I would still go back but for emergency cases only.
Services were great wait time with an appointment .....an hour and 1/2 to to two hours a bit much. Other than that everything was fantastic!
We got our physicals done very efficiently, although it did take a bit of time to get all checked in. One recommendation I would have is to offer specials for sports physicals earlier in the summer and not at the end because many students need the physicals to be done sooner to start practicing in the beginning of the summer
The initial service at the office was non-existent. I felt like a dime a dozen and not like a valued customer of yours. If on the onset a patient feels this way what kind of expectation do you think they would have of the rest of their experience there? The greeting was cold, not a good experience for anyone that is sick let alone Potential COVID-19 infected patients.
