I have been waiting on a referral to be sent since July. Called multiple times with no help. Very disappointing Currently looking for a new primary care
I went in for pain in my ear. Was prescribed drops to take for 7 days. I’m on the third day and the pain has gotten worse.
You didn't remove the object. And said there was nothing there and lied. So not good.
Need to respect patient confidentiality
You guys make people wait for more than longer
Stop overbooking appointments. We wait almost and hour and a half from check in till we actually see a doctor. Imagine how it is for parents with children to sit that long just waiting, only to have a 10minute visit with the doctor. That’s outrageous.
The support staff ie reception make the experience unbearable. Upstairs in Internal medicine the receptionist with the long braids seated on the right hand side is extremely unprofessional and unwilling to help patients. She voiced her displeasure regarding not being responsible for xy&z. That conversation should not ever happen in front of patients because it makes an uncomfortable situation that much worse!
Wait time has been horrible and hasn’t improved. Not sure what can be done
