It’s really difficult to first get a call from BMC saying that they need you to come in for more testing after your first mammogram and not to hear that or anything from your PCP. BMC will not give you any information and when you call Codman square you can’t bet get a hold If anyone much less anyone to Calm your fears. I left a message and even asked when can I expect a call back and was just told I don’t know. The people in the dental department was mean, and the wait time in family medicine 3 is very long. It is not a patient-centered environment and I will be going to an actual hospital for now. For dental appointment 5/1/2019 at 4:00pm and an appointment with Schlotterbeck at 3:15pm it was 3:50pm and she still had not come to see me.

There is a need to improve the wait time, I waited 30 minutes to be seated inside the doctor's office which is fine, but the problem is that i waited 1 hour extra in the consult room to see the doctor
Waited 2 hours to talk to the insurance people
Physicians and nurses Etc have to listen to the patients and what they are saying if they're saying that a medication is needed because it helps with their daily life then why do these Physicians and other people of power make that call into telling you that although it's just all in your head this in that.
