COVID test was never processed
I was able to sign up for a COVID test same day. I went to the site and was tested and out the door within 20 minutes.

Waiting time to see doctor to long. Appointment was 3.20 got in the room after 4. And still had to wait no body seem to know why I'm there after chick in. Front desk asking why I'm here if I'm waiting for someone. That's not good customer service. And that's not the first time that happened. You'll need to fix that. Thank you
My provider never called when I had a scheduled telegraphy appointment.
Hire new receptionist and doctors
When I made an appointment fir my COVID-19 test. I wasn’t told that it would be at a different location. Wasted a trip.
NP didn’t take the time to hear my problems except for making assumptions,
I was tested for covid on Monday the 7th of December (did get an appt pretty quickly) however, after waiting all week and following up with calls and checking emails- I never heard from CSHC until Saturday, December, 12th - when I called in again. I had to contact the CTC and they told me that my positive tests was completed on Monday the 7th, the same day I was tested. Why did it take so long for that stressful news make it to me!!
