There's no communication with this stuff in regards to patients. You never get a call back when you leave a message. You cancel your appointment due to anything that comes up in your life. You have to wait months to get a new appointment. They can cancel your appointment. You can get an appointment within 2 days. They switch a Doctor's without telling you. I visit the dentist office last week and the person at the front desk was very rude. I told him I had a doctor appointment as a walk-in and the doctor told me to come in because I was having problems with my tooth. He insist that the doctor is not going to see me. I told him three times that the Doctor told me to come in. He got very upset, slum dependent on the desk and went back to the back and asked Doctor that yes I told her to come in. I came in for a Quantiferon TB-Gold lab, I was checked in and waited in the waiting area for 20minute, and was not called in so I rescheduled.
LEAVE ME ALONE!!!!!!!!! TAKE MY NUMBER OFF YOUR CALL LIST I AM NOT MARY!!!!!! THIS IS NOW HARASSMENT!!!
I had to call 3x and go to the health center in person just to get assigned a new PC. At one point one of the staff did not spell the Dr's name correctly, so it did not show on the insurance registry which prompted the call backs. Also, I made an appointment with my new PC, and it is not until May 1st, which is too long.
It seems the staff of internal medicine has forgotten about me.
Experience with Dr was fine but the experience for making a follow-up appointment sucks!!!! It's terrible. Every time I go to make a follow-up appointment I'm told she's booked and to keep calling to see if she has any openings due to a cancelation. I've tried the call back list 3x and no one ever called me back so that system is/was an epic fail.
Doctors and np are overbooked with appointments...it's very hard to get an appointment that isn't months away..I always have to be squeezed in with my doctor....then most doctors end up leaving or now are only there certain days. It really has to get better or get more doctors so others ain't so overwhelmed with patients
