No Problem to get test done, but problem to get result in 48 Hours. I got my result ONLY After I created a Complaining form + a left a voice mail, and left a message via web site and my cell phone. Despite of that, I do like yours service, because after I created a Complaining Report , and after my call and messages, report appeared available in hour. Thank you for your services. When I went in there the nurses were .laughing at a nothing patient that was experience anxiety attack I get them too the nurse should have help the patient
The lab took over a week to process my lab specimens and give me a result. It made me anxious because It is related my to health. It just seems like once the outbreak began, everyone stopped doing their job.
Upon arriving to the pharmacy I was asked did I want to wait for my prescription. Long story short I was told my wait time would be app. 30 minutes and I gave my number so when the prescription was ready I would receive a text. Never received a text. Called pharmacy at 1:50pm and the person that answered the phone stated my prescription was still being filled.
