Not happy have 2 incident over the summer on weekend and some one who answers the phone was rude don't know how to speak to patients many times l want to change from health center but l been there since 1987 l will like to see improvement with the people who on the desk are more nice thank you have a wonderful day ♥️
I had a WONDERFUL experience with the last doctor. Since she left Codman Square, I’ve experienced issues getting medication filled and scheduling a follow up with my doctor. Because of this, I am not pleased.
after calling codman square speak to someone at the call center explained to her about my medical situation and how my doctor told me to proceed if I was exposed to Covid-19. she explained they can't get a nurse on the line they would need to send a message to the nurse and the she will get intuch with me. this was about 11am the last Thursday of September. Medicine late messages Dr not complying on the time not telling me what I really need for health issues
I've been a patient at Codman Sq Health center for over 20 years. The service in the last couple years has really declined in many different areas. I've decided after my last encounter to now find another facility for my health care needs.
To tell you the Truth, I am a lot DISAPPOINTED with Codman Square Clinic. PLEASE Don't get me wrong 🙏. The Clinic has Very Caring Doctors, and the Pharmacy is Very much Appreciated. But the Scheduling Coordinators, are Very Much out of Control. They have No Regards for Patients and Patients Privacy. I was in a session with a Social Worker, at Behavioral Health and the young lady knocked on the door, didn't wait until the Social Worker Tell her it's okay, she just opened the door while I was speaking about my Pass Traumas. Constant runaround can never reach my doctor's office in a state of emergency. I am leaving this practice and health center for a place where I can actually talk to my doctor or my doctor's nurse. Twice I have been in a dire state and nothing was done from this health center to assist me.
I had the worse experience here in this hospital. I lost 6 months in this hospital with urine bleeding and pain. They made a lot of tests and the only thing I received quickly was a lot of bills, even when I saw a doctor only one time, I still receiving bills since January. Personal attending there are reckless and they don't respect people.
