The doctored are fckn dumb as hell, unprofessional will have you waiting for hours !!! Worst clinic ever
It was fine, I don’t know what more you want me to say
I came in for a wellness exam/physical and it was performed by a doctor that I do not normally see. She was horrible, she was condescending in her tone, and made me feel very uncomfortable during my visit. She was extremely nosy, prying into details of my personal life that had nothing to do with her. Overall, I felt very annoyed after that appointment.
The wait time was absolutely unacceptable. My appointment was 10:40 and did not see the MD until almost 12 and waited another 30mins to see the nurse. I didn’t leave the health center until almost 1pm. For a regular appointment with a 6month old it was really a poor experience. I love the provider, Dr.Mitchell was very thorough and thoughtful
They told me on the day of my appointment that Rose had quite a big fat Lie
I had an appointment and had to wait for 2 hours before I was seen. And all I need was my vitals taken. It created a domino effect and was therefore late for all my other appointment. I'm sure you guys can do a lot better than that.
Well I needed a refilled of my blood pressure medication, and after my visit, the prescription was sent to CVS and I didn't know that, so I went to two different Walgreens, only to find out that it's not there, so I had to come back to the clinic to learn that, then when I went to CVS. I was told that they don't have my insurance to cover my medications. So I will have to wait for my insurance to cover my payments, before I could get my prescription. My son and I went to urgent care. I told nurse and doctor about our symptoms (sore throat, cough, weakness and runny nose). My son had been sick for well over a week. The doctor did not test us for strep throat but gave my son a covid test. I never got the results from the test. I was told we just have a cold. Two other family members in my household became ill as well with the same symptoms and refuse to go to Codman.
