I am writing about an appointment I had a few months ago, so this does not concern the doctors name it may have attached: He Gave me medicine for a UTI I had, just for the doctor to call me a few days later after I ALREADY started taking it, saying I should be taking a different medication. Completely screwed up my time and day just to go get the prescription. Get your sh!t together, like seriously.

No a good serves in this doctors office
It's hard to get appointments now, no one is available and you have to be wait listed for a therapist. In emergency mental health situations it seems that there's no way to get help
My appointment was canceled with out any notification. I understand that providers are human and emergencies happen. A notification would have been nice prior to me showing up for an appointment I made 2 months prior. I get another appointment via phone. I’m finally advocating for medication and have never been on meds due to stigma. I understand certain steps have to be made in order to get certain medications, especially a controlled substance. Center has changed tremendously - the wait time and scheduling now is horrible unfortunately!
No they will make my life harder so no and my children life as well.....this clinic is filled with staff and doctors from hell for 2 year’s am struggling with chest problems and am still waiting for my doctor to give me a direct answer as to why this is happening for 2 years instead they put me in a crazy house it’s all in my head I guess
The phone service at this health center is horrible. They have no customer service skills. No one wants to help you and they do not care about you or your health. I was sick & tried on several occasions to make an appointment with my PCP over the phone & was told systems were down, to use mychart. I tried to explain to the person over the phone, it was down as well. I called back a week later and it was the same thing.
