The medical appointment was great. We then went to get blood drawn and had to wait 1 hour to get it done they have only 1 person to draw blood. That is unacceptable and unfair to the staff and all the patients waiting. Please do better. Thank you

I waited for over an hour after I arrive for my appointment bc after I was registered my appointment never went to my Dr to know I was there
I was the first patient who entered the urgent care center at 8am when they open and it took an hour to be seen.
I was waiting to get my blood drawn on April 1 -2003 do you know that lab technician take all most half hour to call me she have one patient with her for the longest time i couldn't waite no more even the receptionists could see that something was wrong I of to give in my paperwork to the receptionist and leave
I was told that I would be getting 2-3 tooth fill but then the dentist did an X-ray and told me it was either or have I known that I’ll prefer my tooth filled the X-ray was not necessary. Now I have to come back to get 2 teeth filled the dentist was only Able to do one. Which was crazy to me because the dentist did such a great job I believe that all 3 or 2 could be done . I say that to say it took no time at all to get the filling done.
First of all although I didn't get to address all of my medical issues my next appointment wasn't until April and when I spoke about it the lady said that they didn't have to write me a prescription for a year that was strange to me and I hung up on the lady I was called back I asked who was the lady I was talking to they claim they didn't know.
Laterally talk to me and send me home.
I was scheduled for a yearly physical appointment all was done was blood work and I spent less than 15 minutes in the room.
