I had a horrible experience here!!!!! the heavyset lady who took my 9 month old daughters blood proceeded to shove the needle in arm because she couldn’t get the blood to flow, then damn near put the needle vertically in her arm!!!! insane! I know I have to move it a little and gently sometimes to get it flowing, but she was ridiculous! The fact that I filed a complaint when I was there on March 21 and have still yet to hear back from someone makes my blood boil! Worst customer service, the employees typical know the ppl in the community so your health care NOT private. The Executive staff is not invested in improving things I reached out to the CEO she never responded!!! I was a patient here for 29 years I ONLY stayed because I LOVED my Doctor. Last year she mysteriously retired without telling her patients ACCORDING to the health center. I’m no longer a patient!!!!
I was there for two hours, where a majority of my time was spent waiting. I was forgotten about in a room because whatever nurses on hand were more eager to get home then to ensure I was getting the right tests. Isn’t it just great when the patient has to remind the staff that they need to get tested.
I’m so tired of Codman square health center!! I’ve filled out 3 medical record release forms and 3 years later my records aren’t anywhere in the system!! This is negligence, I’ll definitely be speaking to someone outside of there to see about this!
I came to the Urgent Care on 3/12/19 and was diagnosed with the flu. One of the MA'S took my blood pressure and I had to tell her the cup was hurting my arm cutting off my circulation and I was told the machine was still reading and my arm was hurting. The NP and Dr were good. The NP sent my prescription down stairs to the pharmacy (Eaton Apothecary) and it was never filled my husband was told that the prescription wasn't marked urgent, you got to be kidding me. Did not accept the new health insurrance
I had a 9am appointment, I was not seen until 10:34am. I arrived early and signed in on time.
I m doing great in then the grace of god thanks god bless
I came in tears due to knee pain, I was told I'm getting old and don't heal the way I used to. No xray was taken but he touched it and I cried when more left me with no hope
