My visit was to have a tooth filling done. I was disappointed because the dentist appeared to not have much knowledge in part of the procedure that was need to be done. I left the health center very dissatisfied with the service I received.
They won’t very helpful and had no compassion. I had a broken tooth so the N P sent me upstairs. I was just told that there was someone in the chair and he couldn’t guarantee that I would see the dentist even if I waited an hour. Then I was told to try Dorchester house. BTW I called before going in and was told to come to urgent care. I think whoever is at the phone should listen to the problem before advising. He was bad
Doctor has no clue what she was talking about. She tried to call other doctors for advice and they didn’t get back to her at. So I was misdiagnosed and denied treatment because of that and she had no idea what she was talking about.. I thought you had real doctors and experts that helped people. I didn’t know it was a skeleton crew of inexperience. Also, the woman at the front desk lied to me and intentionally left out the lunchtime. Waited over 1 month to get a letter stating I had a physical called so many times only to hear someone will call me back. After 1 month I had to see my doctor and after speaking with her about it she had it printed out that same day . I was even told it was mailed to my address after 2wks of requesting never got it .
Hello. I think that the nurse practitioner that I saw at urgent care was too dismissive of my complaints. I would have appreciated if he listened to what I had to say and we were able to come up with a treatment plan to help my symptoms. I left feeling like the tenderness in my arm was silly. I also think he spent too much time explaining things that I already knew to me. Thanks.
I had a social worker person was doing nothing. No one there listens to me. And my doctor can do nothing cause his hands are always tied. I am messed up physically now because I didn't get the proper care I needed so I would not be this way now. Everyone there is quick to say yes and do nothing
I find that the staff have no sense of urgency. I returned to the clinic on 2 separate occasions to get a medical form that was completed by my doctor & it took several hours to find the 1st form & they have yet to find the 2nd one. I have called several times & waited for more than 1 hour & no one could find the form. Now I will need to take time off from my job to come back to the doctor to get this rectified. No sense of urgency they do not have.
Got there a hour before my appointment, was not call for my appointment until 4,
