2 hours just to get blood work done
You ask after every vist how can you make it right? And when I tell you, nothing happens. So why have a survey if y'all are not changing anything? When it's your family then things will change in the meantime it is what it is. Why complain?
Medical negligence
The only clinic that apologize everytime they mess up and still do the same shit. Since 2016 they say they will do better, we are now in 2023 the only thing changed was me leaving for better care.
Martha was my primary provider, I had to do a colonoscopy as I have severe abdominal pain and constipation for the past 2 years. She had to send a prescription for me to take one day before the procedure, she never sent it and I been calling her, she never answered or returned my calls, she called me back after 3 weeks to see if I’m alive. At that place health care workers just making money, but they do not care about people’s health
Trying to get a doctor to call you back took weeks
Not so good! I waited hours for service. I waited about an hour and a half in the waiting room. Then I waited another 2 hours to be seen. I went out to the front desk, and they didn’t have any name for the room That I was in. The young man who brought me to my room said that there was staff available to assist me. Then when the doctor came she started with them being understaffed. Regardless of what the situation is I should not have had to sit in that room as long as I did. I did physical on the 10/5/22. And also another physical on 1027/22, I’m very disappointed in the system. And the incompetency of some of your staff.
Very one sided my PCP didn't hear anything I was saying if I chose codman for my health services then I would expect them to listen to me I was so turned off by my experience that I'm actually going to be changing my health care providers
