When I went in there the nurses were .laughing at a nothing patient that was experience anxiety attack I get them too the nurse should have help the patient
The lab took over a week to process my lab specimens and give me a result. It made me anxious because It is related my to health. It just seems like once the outbreak began, everyone stopped doing their job.
Upon arriving to the pharmacy I was asked did I want to wait for my prescription. Long story short I was told my wait time would be app. 30 minutes and I gave my number so when the prescription was ready I would receive a text. Never received a text. Called pharmacy at 1:50pm and the person that answered the phone stated my prescription was still being filled. Ok..in todays viral scare...
I’ve been a long time patient who loves coming there especially a outstanding rapport with my primary care physician and others in various outpatient services. The turnaround with the new pharmacy from old was far below substandard with each blaming the other of not leaving old records and creating a new pharmacy medication without a prior history on file.
