I called to make an appointment..the lady told me to call tomorrow.
I was with my mom and a little boy coming from school. Mom had an appointment. Neither my mom nor the boy was a concern for the employees behind the counter. The PCP knew we were in the clinic. I stood there for several minutes while I asked my mom to take a seat, until I realized that nobody cared. We walked away under the eyes of the same employees. The reason for this afew month short I call and make appointment for dental the person that make the appointment never did. When I check ..Second I was waiting on a call back from the nurse up to now I never received that call back..
Still haven't got an update on the waiting list for dental. Its been since September 2023 it's now may 2024. Yet they want to recruit more patients but don't have enough doctors, dentist, therapist, ect..
Over all bad experience
phone line not suitable, could not schedule appointment ,had to reach out to compliance to get results
The service is not good
Service is very poor, Dr’s don’t follow up with patients anymore, I don’t have Dr since my been gone. After Covid thugs clinic is not the same
