The process to getting my booster shot was tedious and very trying. It all started with an online request for an appointment. Then receiving a call back that did not advise or instruct that my wife and I needed to fully register as a new patient in order to get our booster shot. I paid my $60 copay, Dr Kroshian requires some exams in the lab. The Lab asked me to pay another copay. I did not understand. I asked why? The lady told because it is a different department. I agreed to pay wit my credit card. She replied the credit card machine was not work working and I had to paid cash. After paying cash, she refused to give me a receipt.
