I am not sure if my doctor ever received my message. His nurse was quite unprofessional in attitude.
I was a patient at Codman Sq about 1 year ago. And i went in for a vaginal check up. I had a consultation with a young female black doctor which mad me happy... she was doing her thing... the problem occurred when it was time for my vaginal exam. I was handed several swabs and was told to insert the swabs into my vagina place them back in the tube and leave them on the table.... omg!!! What??? For the past 3 yrs has been horrible . Been going here for over 20 yrs & this era of doctors . Service. Is terrible . I never had to do any complaints in all the happy years I've been a patient. Until this last few yrs I've giving atheist 10 complaints & that's ridiculous.
So unorganized also the take forever to respond back Sometimes don’t respond back at all
Horrible, I have a foot infection and was told by my pcp to go to urgent care if it hurts. That’s it, did not follow up or ask any questions. She didn’t ask me to come in and give me anything. Now I have on both foot. I tried contacting to switch I was told I would get call back an hour. After waiting on the phone for an hour, never got a call back. I also have a new baby so leaving the house with him is already difficult but these ppl make it hard to get help you need.
Impossible to make an appointment by phone, online, portal and text. I got a call back after last review for the same reason. No voice Mail or return followup call.
Customer service is little to none.
Not enough follow up. Weeks and months go by without follow up. Services dont feel sincere.
I waited for 1hr and 30 minutes. It is disrespectful. I waited two months for the appointment. I was there 25 minutes earlier.
