I did physical on the 10/5/22. And also another physical on 1027/22, I’m very disappointed in the system. And the incompetency of some of your staff.
Very one sided my PCP didn't hear anything I was saying if I chose codman for my health services then I would expect them to listen to me I was so turned off by my experience that I'm actually going to be changing my health care providers
I got there at 8:20 my appointment was at 8:30 they sent me to insurance which didn’t open til 9….then I was told I had to reschedule because I was “late”, which wasn’t true because I check in….I wasn’t able to get a pap the doctor didn’t wanna do it because again she had other patients and I was 1 1/2 late….which I don’t get
Not good . He at appointment at 1:40 pm and didn’t get seen until 2:35 .
From registration to examination I was kept waiting for 75 minutes. Not good
I am a patient over 10 years and I went here for a dog bite treatment but unfortunately they didn’t had the vaccination there so I got sent to the worst hospital which is carney hospital and waiting there for an about almost 3 hour for a shot
Was a few mins late and was not seen. But when I'm on time I have to wait 2 hrs to be seen
They over book these doctors which means your sitting in a room 30 minutes or more waiting to be seen. Terrible!!!
The dental team was great but as far as any of the other services I've had mostly the phone operators are terrible and I don't know if it's because of the pandemic or not but I've been going to this Clinic over 30 years and these have been the worst few years I can't seem to get in contact directly with the doctor some of us don't have internet so it's hard to get in touch with the doctors and I have a lot of issues going on now that I'm getting a little bit older not much older but a little bit and I need certain services a... read more
