Made an appointment to get a Covid-19 test for Friday afternoon. I was not told that the testing would not be done at the Codman sq. facility but at Russell Auditorium. Needless to say I did not make it in time and there were no appointments./test on weekends,
You all sent me a link to sign up for My chart and it doesn't work
Provider was Over 1 hour late. Plus other things I don’t want to mention here
I went to urgent care for shortness of breath and waited hour and a half and and still didn’t call me name. People came after me got called do I just walked out.
Took 1 1/2 hours to get registered to have a Covid test in urgent care!
I still aint got my meds from the pharmacy
For my first visit I wasn’t happy showed up early for my appointment and still didn’t see the doctor for almost an hour after my schedule visit and no one kept me informed. I had to open the door and ask what is going on.
My Doctor is very good and my nurse Sonya ,Rafael, Dr.isom ,Andrea,they all work very good with me ass a team I don't have no complain about them. Thank you very much any questions please call me at 857_312_0870.
The first contact of any institution is what makes or breaks it. I came to Codman because of the positive reviews I read, and also because a relative referred it. However, when I got in, I stood in the area off to the side of the front desk where the floor markings are. I guess because I was not directly in front of the desk, I was ignored.
