Too slow sigh appointments
My appt on Saturday 9/27 in Dental was rushed. Didn't like the tone of the representative in registration who told me about my copay. The provider dealt with me in a rushed manner. Didn't felt comfortable with her at all.
You guys change my primary care doctor here and there. This time around I don’t even know who it is.very poor service

Check in process for the urgent care was lengthy and then had to go to enrollment. Enrollment could be a bit more private as I heard information of patients that should private, loud conversations. Staff not really happy. Urgent care could have a more organized check in process. Urgent care visit was ok. Medical assistant was nice
The place is all disorganized. People don't answer phone call, when you leave message they don't call back.
I had an appointment two weeks in a row. I had to wait 50 minutes to just be called in for vitals this didn't include the time I waited to see the doctor. You can do better with the wait time for people with appointments at Codman Square.
