I sent a paper to be signed by the doctor, they told me 7 to 10 days it took a month. Nobody knew where was the paper I called many times nobody knew about when will be signed. They couldn’t even listen to me or try to help me. I called to speak to a manager They said no they will send a message to medical assistant that’s it, etc..
First of my appointment was for 6;10pm and I arrived early and was called in on time and vitals took she was very nice and communicative but the fact that the doctor did not see me til about 730-7:45pm is very disappointing if I was informed that the doctor was behind or running behind would of been great communication to the patient I understand other appointments run late but please don’t ask us patients to come 10-15 minutes early if your not going to see them at their scheduled time. I feel like everything was a rush an I didn’t get to talk to doctor, he was in the room for less than a minute an that’s it
Communications and order there sucks the appointment set up is annoying they’re new system and staff there are very rude and unprofessional and trying to contact your doctor will take 2-3 months even if you ask them to call you I hate this clinic it needs to be shut down
I saw the nurse and she was supposed to put in lab work for my A1C and she didn’t, and then put a lie in the notes. I will just keep my appointments with just my physician for now on.
Because I don't have money to pay for the medicines They don't give me the medicine My assurance is expired.
Never an appt available. Staff on phone calls rude and seems to be not trained well. Haven't been able ro get a dental appt in years.
I had in appointment scheduled 4 months ago to see a dermatologist. The day before the appointment date the customer service canceled it and rescheduled to the next tree months. So disappointed!!
The wait time is too long. The doctors I have experienced DO NOT convey any kind of empathy and were negligent with my follow up care. I am glad that I stopped going to Codman Square and wish that I did it sooner, I now receive epic care at Brigham’s. This is supposed to be a gem in the community; minorities deserve better care and customer service.
