Everytime I go to the clinic I always wait for my dr longer than 45 mins. I had to wait an hr before being seen for my physical which is crazy. The dr I was scheduled with didn’t even show up another dr had to step in (which she was great) but my overall experience with this clinic is horrible. It makes me not want to go to the clinic because I feel that my time is unvalued. If appointments are being changed to in person, why use up people’s time and still send out requests/book appointments for over the phone visits. It’s honestly a waste of time.
I did my test last week I did receive any answers.
Terrible care to date. The dentistry unit at Codman Square is the worse! 2 extractions so far and two different dentist. The 1st was flippant and dismissive. I had to hear about the party she attended the night before during one visir. She told me to come 1hr early another visit so she may do what she failed to do the 1st (2) times! They called me and said Najae my daughter had an appointment.She gets there they are staying she doesn’t have a appointment we play the voice mail they tell me it was a mistake the a appointment is for my other child Na’Asiah one child in 18 the other is 2.
I would have preferred to have been asked of I was okay seeing an intern for my prenatal care. Also pharmacy staff needs to work on customer service.
I just wish that y'all push harder to get us vaccinated. Meaning people of color.
Different instructions by different staff. I called urgent care and explained what was happening. Told to come in immediately. I left work to come in and the nurses heckled me trying to get me to speak my medical concerns in a busy doorway facing the lobby.
