The lab took over a week to process my lab specimens and give me a result. It made me anxious because It is related my to health. It just seems like once the outbreak began, everyone stopped doing their job.
Upon arriving to the pharmacy I was asked did I want to wait for my prescription. Long story short I was told my wait time would be app. 30 minutes and I gave my number so when the prescription was ready I would receive a text. Never received a text. Called pharmacy at 1:50pm and the person that answered the phone stated my prescription was still being filled. Ok..in todays viral scare...
I’ve been a long time patient who loves coming there especially a outstanding rapport with my primary care physician and others in various outpatient services. The turnaround with the new pharmacy from old was far below substandard with each blaming the other of not leaving old records and creating a new pharmacy medication without a prior history on file. Improvements is needed when the doctor is running behind, the front end staff gives no explanation & when patients come in 5-10 minutes late frontend staff are not registering them, think about how people take time off from work just for appointments a little more consideration should be given,
The customer service is lacking. I called and the woman on the phone had an attitude. Also when I first came in, one woman was on her phone while there were people waiting to be helped. I’m not happy.
Nobody knew what they were talking about! Gave me wrong information. I drove an hour for something a staff lied to me about. I would never recommend this health center for even my worst enemy!
Even when I’m on time I have to wait 30+ minutes to be seen. The pharmacy is the same way. Codman is getting bad. Needs change. You’re making it look beautiful on the outside but the place is crap.
Vey confusing walk in, no one to guide you no signs to redirect you. I came in for an appt. 50 mins early and check in at the reception desk she direct me upstairs, once I check in the secretary told me to go back down stairs for registration to update my insurance. I, notice there were two receptionist busy with a client, so I sat down for 36 mins waiting until the receptionist notice me and told me I need to check in with her before seeing a registration.
