The wait was ridiculous they put you in the examine room 40 minutes later no check in or nothing. Very dissatisfied
I went to urgent care at your establishment and I thought everyone from the nurse that came to do my vital (that ran out in the middle of taking my vital, another nurse came like 15 minutes later to finish what was started) to the receptionist at family medicine 2 that I asked to register me for a primary care doctor, instead of registering me, she sent me back to urgent care receptionist which then sent me back to her to get it done 🤦♂️ it just felt like no one wanted to assist me at the moment and not because it was busy... read more
Staff very inappropriate. Made nasty sexual comments
Called multiple times last Friday for extreme back pain and never received a call back from the nurse - after I was told I was going to. Couldn't get an in-person visit for three weeks to see my primary care (I have an HMO so I need referrals for a specialist). Went to the ER and received a prednisone prescription - but they couldn't give me a referral for an MRI. Did a Telehealth appointment where the nurse was five minutes late, and the call was five minutes long where she told me I had to go in person to get an MRI referr... read more

Horrible, This is a mess
Can you stop contacting and soliciting me. I no longer live in Massachusetts and I'm not interested in nothing you have to offer
Very easy to register , was seen promptly however pharmacy did not have medication had to wait until Monday to get medicine they claimed they couldn't send it to CVS so I suffered with pink eye all weekend 😭
The person that took my call kept putting me on hold at least 3 times. She seemed confused on trying to make my appointment
