Overall I am not satisfied. I found out the physician ran an extra test without notifying me or asking for my consent. I had to go to a different physician less than a week later to have a completely different diagnosis and took me off all previously prescribed medications. Also I asked for a copy of the visit in case I needed it and never got one.

Was seen in a timely manner but was told I needed tests that they were unable to do. In fact am not sure they can do any testing. Not even blood test or CT. So unless one goes there with something simple it appears they cannot help.you. Was not told what i would be billed but hope it will not be much as all I did was sit in the exam room, bp taken, and given a vomit bucket. Shame they can't run some tests.

I came in with suspected broken toes. They took X-rays of my foot & then said someone would tape my toes together. The person came in with elasticized tape but couldn’t cut it & didn’t have the right type of tape to do it. So I ended up leaving & going home to tape my toes myself. I received a call at 8 pm that night telling me that the X-rays were inconclusive & I should go to a podiatrist. You have no phone number to actually call you back. Someone called with results and I have tried all day to reach you only to sit on hold. We looked online and it said you did xrays and no times were listed. We got there an were told no xray come back tomorrow. I said I would just go to the other location they said no, I could come in and been seen right away. That did not happen we waited almost an hr again the next day. Liz did an outstanding job helping me during my illness. She did everything she could to make me comfortable while in your facility. My personal opinion she went above and beyond. Thank you Liz

Office was great, PA was good, but I wasn’t prescribed anything that can stop this awful cough. Then I wrote in about it and another RX for cough didn’t work either. I’m now coughing my head off and discouraged that I would be wasting time if I came in again, but I may try and come in tomorrow if I feel up to it.

I made a reservation online for 12:15 and wasn’t taken back into a room until about 2:30. At that point my pain had gotten worse and I was miserable. The provider gave me a referral for an othropedic provider and when I got home, I was contacted saying they couldn’t complete the referral due to me needing a pre-authorization. The provider kept asking me if I needed a neuro referral even though I already have a neurologist and the symptoms were manifesting neurologically. I had an appointment at 11:15 and was called back at 1:15 as they were taking walk-ins intermittently. I understand needing to see maybe 1 walk-in between already scheduled times but there needs to be may be more providers so there’s not such a long wait time. Or make it an appointment only clinic or an only walk-in clinic maybe not both
