Assistant gave no resolution to my issues. Told me my test results and that was it.
First visit was a total waste. Second visit I had to beg the PA to gave me antibiotics, he gave me a prescription for malaria or skin rash, that is not been use in USA for long time. Did do much for me. My friend doctor bring me amoxicillin, I two day s I was completely fine. Services is fine, but PA’ s are good for nothing. I won go ever unless they have real doctors no these dudes practicing on patients. I feel like a Guinea pig.
The appointment took an excessive amount of time. Also, do you sanitize the bench between patients? The person who examined me was very pleasant.
Told in advance xrays needed. Tech left while I was still waiting. No xrays available after 4 although urgent care open until 8. Was NOT told this in advance Worthless visit.
Great they don’t call it urgent care for nothing 😊they back up their words 😎
I would highly recommend your office to my friends. The staff was friendly and kind from the time I walked into the office until I left. Everything was wonderful. Kudos to your office!!!!
The doctor only wanted to test me for covid and offered me to be vaccinated. It felt as though she decided i had covid before even looking into my throat or giving me a strep/other tests. It was very disappointing and i feel as though i wasted my money being seen.
It is so disorganized. The doctor was fine,but I was given wrong, expensive information about billing. I have been overcharged or mischarged constantly. The care is not worth the headaches and stress of the dealing with the confusion of the office.
