I went in with knee pain. I was sent to the hospital when a simple xray would have seen the problem. I understand being cautious but it wasn't warrented.
Very fast and I so appreciate it since I was feeling so sick.
Horrible line of communication with patients
I made an appointment a PCR test. I had to wait for almost two hours past my appointment time for a thirty second test. I will seek help elsewhere
I went into there and was greeted by great woman who took my information. I was there for possible pneumonia. ( I told nurse and doctor that I have bad history of pneumonia), my fever had died by time I got there but I was wheezing, coughing up brown and green fluids and body was aching. They checked for flu and Chinese Virus which were negative. My husband's appointment for a Covid-19 test was scheduled for 11:00 and mine was for 11:15. Two and a half hours later, we were finally called back for our test. Forty five minutes later, we received the results. This is no way to run an Urgent Care facility.
Wait time reasonable Listened to my concerns and addressed them. Was able to obtain test results before I left. Medication prescribed & sent store for p/u.
Did a vaginal exam but nothing else that was listed on intake form. No relief from c/o
Arrived 820 for an 830 fast track COVID test. The lady inside the building told me to go around back to the trailer, someone will be there by 830. It's now 9am. Came back inside to inquire and they said they can't find the person. Now they are trying to call someone to come in Update- In response to your reply that "call outs happen", unfortunately that wasn't the case.
