I went to be seen for a sore throat, congestion. Chest X-ray should have been ordered for symptoms. Could not deep breathe and O2 sat 92%. No treatment. Was told to continue home therapy, and if no better in a week, to come back. Contacted my PCP the following day and was ordered a Zpak. I continue with the same symptoms and not feeling any better

Hello, the service was good, what is not good is the completion of the FMLA forms that I personally dropped off on 11/3/2023, was charged $50.00 and told would be completed within 4 to 7 days. I have called about six times with no resoultion. I have advised this has put me in a hardship as it has inpacted my pay and as of today 11/29/2023, I have not heard back from anyone. Well, well, it's been a week and I still have not received the results of my xbray even though I called and asked him for it. They said it wasn't ready, and I've never heard back from them again. The same thing happened the last time I visited the facility. The staff was very nice but I don't think I'm ever going to come back.

I went to TGH Urgent Care on 301 Sun City Center/Wimauma. I’m in the system. I gave the receptionist the necessary IDs. After taking them, copying them, verifying that I was in the system she says I’m supposed to sign in online or with the app. I said I don’t have the app, not enough memory on my phone. She said I’d have to sign in as a new patient. But I’m in your system. Why, I asked? It’s to reduce paper. Then she hands me 4 sheets of paper to fill out. I wish this was a joke. I wasted 2 1/2 hours because someone in management insisted patients use computer site (phone) to log in and update history. So maybe that's not to bad in your mind but you also didn't have an xray tech to look at my injury. Maybe that isn't bad but your ridiculous insistence on keyboard work nonsense caused me to be too late to go next door to Tower because their xraybtech left at 4 pm. Whoever insists on this keyboard crap should have to live overnight with my pain and not knowing what's wrong. Apparently you know nothing ... read more

I don't like that we had to get on MY CHART to sign for an appointment. We do not work for you. We are Sr Citizens and are not computer literate. My husband and I came to Urgent care because we were sick. The girl at the desk said that she cannot get on My Chart for us. Excuse me,TGH Urgent care CAN get into it. She was able to get my username!!!! You are in a Sr community, please start treating us with more respect!

First your web site says you make appointments. I in fact I had one for 9:15. When we got there at 9 we were told you do not make appointments. There are many places to go around your location that would have given us an appt. Ok so no appt!!! We had to wait for over a. Hour just to get in to the first office. Then had to wait again in the second place. Now…..the good of coming there….the two people we saw were nice even though not a doctor in sight. We were treated ok and they even had an X-ray taken.
