You are Urgent Care is a joke. Highly unprofessional. Firstly, I went online and signed up for an appointment and then showed up 10 minutes before the appointment and waited about 45 minutes finally asking at the front desk what happened to my appointment. I was told that even though I made an appointment it's not really an appointment, and there was a 3-hour wait. So I left and showed up first thing the next morning. Made appointment online same day. Wait time was ok Very professionally and the employees were very helpful.
No X-ray available. Couldn’t really tell what was causing shoulder pain. Ended up at ER. Should have gone there to start. Would have saved time and money.
No clock no city
Second time I’ve used them and second time I’ve ended up in the ER within 24 hours. Wrong meds given , one not even called in . Told me I was diabetic but gave me nothing for my almost 300 sugar or even told me it was dangerous. Told me she’d refer me to a Dr. To find out it would be a two month wait and the lady I talked to in the referral department was the rudest person I ever talked to. Will never use them again.
I went in due to abdominal pain. Scheduling the initial appointment was fairly easy. The doctor gave me a referral to get a CT scan as the fear was a kidney stone. The radiology center for the exam is literally the next window over but I was told that someone would contact me to schedule. It took 48 hours for someone to call me and all they did was ask/confirm that I would like to have a CT scan scheduled. I’m disappointed that there was no mention of a Covid test during my visit. My symptoms were consistent with flu, Covid, and what I thought was a sinus infection. I was advised to buy OTC nasal sprays. Well it turns out I have Covid. I guess TG doesn’t care about investigating all options. I don’t feel I got great care. I saw a PA named Tryon.
Assistant gave no resolution to my issues. Told me my test results and that was it.
