I sat and waiting 2 1/2 hours, peoples came in after me and went before me wish I think was right. I was very disappointed in the service time that took me to get to the back
Unfortunately, even though I did the on-line check-in the night before it wasn't like old system where you had an appointment time or at least got taken ahead of walk-ins. Some folks had already been there for 3-4 hours & due to pain I waited for 3-1/2 hrs to be seen. There was 1 PA to see everyone since no Drs. came in that day. The PA was very pleasant, but really didn't even examine me, just sent me for xrays of my back since I'd fallen. I visited urgent care on 1/20/24 due to a cut on my finger, that I bandaged up before I went there to stop the bleeding. The APRN tried to remove the bandage but couldn’t get it lose without tugging on it painfully, she tried to cut it away but she could not remove it and I began to get feint from my blood pressure dropping from the pain try to remove the bandage.. 4 hour wait time
We made an appointment on line for 12:15 pm and arrived on time and checked in. Since only one doc was there it took us 3 1/2 hours in the waiting room to see her. No one told us of the long wait. We kept thinking surely we'll be next. Other people came in later and were told of the long wait but we were not or we would have left right away. Not great! A wait of over 3 hrs. In an "Urgent " Care center is too long- you need to hire more docs- G Axtell
When I arrived I was told it the goal is that everyone should be taken care 30-60 I ended up waiting 2hr before I decided to leave before being helped. The reception couldn't help and didn't bother to help
Saw nurse practitioner for severe sciatica pain. Took xrays and never heard back on them. Prescribed meds and two shots. Wondering about the xrays???
Came in with head injury, waited 2 hours to be seen only for them to tell me to go to the ER. The front desk should have been informed that a head injury cannot be treated at urgent care.
