The offices were clean. No wait. Staff was friendly.
I called to ask a question about services as the website shows one thing but the automated system says no. I have been on hold for 74 minutes as of now with no answer. They are open for another 4 hours but they are 25 minutes away from me. The customer service is absolutely atrocious. I do not recommend this location . I was trying to avoid an ER visit but apparently that won’t be happening

I had a 1:15 Appointment and it took 1 hour to be called then I was seen by a PA and not a doctor. Her manner was very curt with no personality.
