Waited over 3 hours to be seen, then waited more in the room, but that’s to be expected. Doctor came in and checked me quick, was out quick and came back gave me my paperwork and I was gone. I’m sure the doctor was ready to get me out, I understand; I was ready to go home too. The part that bothered me was the doctor didn’t even talk to me, I felt like a burden to be there. The check-in was fine, the wait was normal. No complaints. The doctor I visited with was very sympathetic, and immediately checked me for an infection that would require antibiotics to heal. The medicines were prepared at my pharmacy within an hour.

I was 2nd in line, when clinic opened and it took almost 2 hours to be seen by a PA. I was prescribed $26 worth of comfort medications and after one week, I’m still sick. I need real meds.

I saw someone Monday for workman's comp doctor. Terrible experience. Asked for call back Tuesday..no call back. One person called me today after I complained. ,We were disconnected due to connectivity problems in my area. I was advised by voice mail I could come back in. What ...and wait another 4 hours to get seen. No thank you. Would not recommend...I was also told over the phone they are not allowed to check the box to give you time off. Had a broken foot , sit for 3 hours no xray technician. Next day not technician! Went to Apollo Beach office , nicest but !! Did xray my foot is broken, Dr.said she would call me a foot doctor because I'm new here. By Friday Morning no body called me , I called a podiatrist on my own , my foot has 2 broken bones can't walk for 8 weeks or surgery. I can't believe that your office in Sun City is badly run. I still do not have my results from the X-ray and do not know anymore than when I went in three days ago. I did not even receive discharge paperwork with any information nor any information on best care instruction. My foot turned darker purple/black and even with follow up call I was not given any information or assistance.

Horrible experience! I was charged $245 for a PPD test with a promise to sign a form for a Adult Care Center but the PA Alexi said that she would sign after we came back in 48hrs but then she decided not to and told us to go to our pcp! We just moved here and did not have one yet! Spoke to a manager who was not interested! Think twice before you go there!

Worst experience ever. I’ve been sitting here for three hours in the waiting room. I arrived at 8:15am. Ridiculous. Staff appropriately!!
