Excellent and perfect
Long wait, but for a Saturday morninot bad. bad.
Never see a practitioner as the first patient or the last patient of the day. Being a retired PA I know that. Sorry, but Not a pleasant experience as far as bedside manner and communication gaps in my follow up care.
The employees behind the desk were okay when facing the members but they had very unprofessional conversations for everyone to hear. My daughter was with me and she didn’t need to hear what they were talking about from healthcare professionals. Also, please fix the phone lines. Seems when you call, they pick up and hang up. When asked, she said it gets routed to 18 different locations and a call center but there’s no one at any of those places to pick up a phone call? I’m not buying that based off of how she reacted.
My car was transferred no referral was sent to workers comp. They don't care how bad your hurt. U will get no recovery days!
Waited 2 1/2 hour in waiting room Practitioner was attentive and kind Wasn’t pleased about being called darling by the nurse
The wait was extremely long almost 3 hours. It is a clean facility with nice staff members as well as the attending provider.
Very timely, professional service. Felt comfortable with the care and results.
I checked in online and got there at 5pm. Because you were short of staff I was there 5 hours. I wouldn’t call that Urgent Care.
