Waited 5 & 1/2 hours in my car to see the doctor and get a rapid results Covid test. The doctor spent all of 3-5 minutes with me. Ordered antibiotics for sinus infection. I’ve taken all the medication and I’m sicker than when I went in. I tried making an appointment for the Covid test but couldn’t get one for several weeks out. Not a soul was in line.

Waited 5 hrs to be seen. Every hour and a half told another 30’. I understand inundated with covid but that’s been the case for 18 months. Poorly run and managed. No setting expectations up front, no proper waitlist, and nobody answers the phones. I actually thought care was good when finally received but administratively such a disaster I can’t recommend.

Was told after the fact that a reservation isn't an appointment and it really doesn't matter. Walkins are taken still. I waited 5.5 hours after my "reservation" to be seen. Horrible service and extremely misleading

Had an appointment through my school district. Was told the wait would be 2 and a had to 3 hours. Drive home. Called 1 hour later. Everyone who suspects they have Covid is held in the waiting room to fill out paperwork that was already done online. This one s a very flawed system.

I wait for 3 hours for see one doctor, and I received treatment with antibiotics 5 day later I need a second opinion and I need only treatment for bad allergies. I really liked TGH medical group, but this experience was not good, when I need treatment I prefer emergency room for TGH , they give one room, did blood test and many things before I received treatment. I am feeling they don’t put attention to my.

In the height of the D strand of Covid when all testing was booked for two days in Tampa and Miami had waiting lines in the heat I walked into the TGH Clinic and the wait was about 2 hours announced which ended up being 4 hours although each time I walked in to check on the wait time I never recieved an attitude about it. I was treated totally professionally at all times.

Reservations were made and not honored I understand waiting maybe 30 minutes but my daughters appointment was at 3:15 and we left at 7pm that’s just ridiculous.
