Imagine going to urgent care and the practitioner telling you your dizziness is likely due to your high blood pressure and then having that same practitioner refuse to give you even a week's supply of blood pressure medication. Well, this was my experience at TGH Urgent Care. I would have given a much lower star rating, but the technician that took my x-ray and the receptionist at the facility were both so nice. Surgery was set for 9:30 what is not taken in for surgery till around 1:30 , could come up with a better payment plan not everyone has thousands of dollars to hand out right away they took nearly three-quarters of what I had in the bank just to be able to do the procedure which doesn't help when you're out of work because of it my wife is also in the hospital after having a major stroke so I was really strapped for money but had to give them everything I had wish they could have worked with me a little better
Was told by my Primary Doctor Nurse to go here for Covid Test. When I arrived was told the Covid Tests need an appointment, but because they had available time, I was able to stay and have it done and it wasn’t long before I was called back for the test 😊

Y’all did fine. I drove up. One young man got my info. Another man came and gave me the test. Then I drove off. Easy peasy. Got notified the next day that I was negative for Covid.
I came in due to I was unable to control my asthma, chest pain, leg swelling, severe migraines, & congestion. Yet I was sent home without any meds, no asthma treatment, no pain meds, no antibiotics, but I was given a shot of prednisone yet they knew I was on ibuprofen. Before I could be seen good they made sure to test me for Covid!! I was told to leave and I wasn’t even given any paperwork. Once I got home I was so weak I passed out thank God I woke up!
