Inexperienced tech for Covid test

We waited 1 hour and half for a ten minute examination.
The wait time was an hour and a half for a 10 min exam
HAD COUGH AND FEVER, TESTED POSITIVE FOR COVID. REFERED FOR INFUSION
Rebeca was seen by an ARNP for no more than 3 minutes, she got a “prescription” that the insurance did not cover because it is OTC item. Her medical insurance (from Medicaid $ was not accepted so I had to pay $135 for less than 5 minutes and OTC medication.
At first I was sone how disappointed ! I did not understand or it was not clear to me ! However I continued asking questions and did not give up until I was seen and heard! Every thing went well
Diagnosed w sinusitis, but due to Covid positive test, provider sent me away with no treatment at all. Very miserable & disgusted
Had a PRC Covid test done on Sunday, August 22nd. As of today, 5 days later no results.
