Efficient and friendly
Though all the staff was friendly and helpful, I don't feel the doctor prescribed me all the medicine I need. I came in for a sinus infection which is common for me in the winter. Every other doctor I've seen has given me an antibiotic, (sometimes with other medines) after which the infection was cleared up quickly. The doctor at your clinic prescribed an inhaler, but no antibiotic saying the infection was caused by a virus. It's been four days and I still have the infection. Waiting at the waiting room was long. Waiting inside the treatment waiting room was long. My second time in this Urgent care clinic and both waiting time were extremely long. It looks like only one doctor or physician was working.
First he tells me that my toenail is still attached (definitely was not attached and fell completely off the next day), second, said a covid test wasn't necessary even though I had symptoms (got worse as the week went by and hopefully didn't get anyone else sick because I trusted him), third they didn't have the tetanus shot at that location so had to drive to another facility. They were very nice though.
Efficient and customer oriented.
Needed a Covid test for upcoming appointment. Drive through. Only problem the man who did it went to high causing broken skin with slight bleeding. CVS allow me to swab but noy your place. I'm 73. Slow clotting with long history of bronchitis & sinus infections. Your people should listen. I was the one with a sore/scab in my nose for the next 10 days.
After getting swabbed for the flu and for Covid, we decided to wait outside for the results. The doctor said she would call us or come out to let me know the results. We waited 25 min, and saw the lights go out (It was closing time) and no one ever called, or came out with my results. Unprofessional in my eyes, and now it's the next day, and I've been on hold for 45 min. Frustrating
On hold now for over 30 mins to set an appt. The Healow app is not letting us set appts there. The website is also not letting us set appts. The website encourages us to set appts in either of these 2 ways, but the ability is disabled...........great job guys
