The staff that came out to the car to administer the Covid Test couldn’t have been nicer or more friendly. I had been told the nose swab really hurt, but not so with these people. A+ for nose swabbing!!
I thought it was ridiculous that temper general only allowed for places to administer Covid tests. We are far enough into Covid that you can practically get a test on every block. Everyone I met, asked me why I drove 50 minutes to get a Covid test and then drive 50 minutes back. It was a waste of time and gas money. That said, they did help me at my exact appointment time.
Wait almost 2 hours and then don’t even see a doctor. I get a physician’s assistant who tells me they are out of flu test so they will test me for Covid. Explained I had covid the year before and felt like I had the flu with an awful cough. She was adamant it was covid. Tested me for covid and it came back negative so she sent me home. Two days later I’m at my doctor to find out I have the flu and a severe case of bronchitis. Everyone that was involved in my care were wonderful. Dr Gomez and his staff, outstanding!! My first time at TGH, experience was great, but hope to never have to visit again!!!!!! Thank you to your staff for the wonderful job they do and for caring for their patients. You can tell they all truly love what they do.
Everyone went above and beyond. Dr Gomez rocks as well as his staff.
Visit was quick, thorough, and professional.
We had called about our situation and needs. We were told they could help. They could not. Should have said that when we called. Total waste of valuable time when your talking ER. More concerned getting money than helping.
In order to Expedia the my timing at the clinic I made a reservation online, however even with the reservation I waited for over an hour to be seen. A patient came in requesting a covid test because of current clinical signs during this time period and they were not asked to wait in an alternative area than everyone else, therefore potentially exposing some of the young children who were waiting as well.
