Longest waiting time for drug test walked in at 1 pm wasn’t in inside for urine test 248 pm .. what joke the place !! I missed my second appointment because the long wait !! Never go back again nor I will recommend!!!
I recently received a job offer and was directed to TGH UC for my pre-employment drug screening. I made an appointment for 4:45 the following day. I arrived at 4:40, filled out a minimal amount of paperwork and sat to wait. At approximately 5:20, without my name having been called, I inquired at the desk as to how much longer my wait might be. It took over an hour for a 4 min drug screen which only requires a tech/MA to administer
I will never come back to your hospital 🏥 poor bedside manors went in for a procedure and ended up on a envenalator and bruises black eye busted mouth 👄 breast sore broken ribs most awful place and very dirty and rude staff … FYI GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! 🥲
The waiting for more than an hour is not Urgent care but the girls and the Dr where very helpful.If you have to wait for so long i wonder if it was better to go to the hospital 🏥
Front lady “Mrs Pagan”, was very rude … needs some improvement with “costumer service” …
They say to be there by 8 am but there was no one to be found till 9 am and they putting 8 am on the paper. The woman is rough and rude . And the young girls slacking off more interested in there phones and chattering than the Patience
Our clinic just lost time and money, the person who attended me couldn't tell me what I had and didn't even give me medicine for my pain, which was too much..
I was only getting a drug test for employment and waited over an hour. There should be a system set up for people coming in for only this. You shouldn’t have to wait like you were going to see the PA. Very disappointing.
