When I checked-in, I informed the three staff members at the front desk I was there for an employment screening and provided them with my I.D. card and my eScreen/ePassport stating what service I required. One staff member took the paper and my I.D. card and without looking at it stated "Oh, we don't do these any more." The attention of the people in the front desk is horribly bad.Don’t give any information about the long time of delay waiting and the attention with the people is really bad.
The day before I was scheduled to have my mediport installed AND while sitting with my oncologist I get a call from you instructing me that I needed to be off of my blood thinner 5 days prior to installing my port! Totally unacceptable! I’m still waiting to get my port and my chemo started.
She really hurt me. No need to my nasal still hurts. When I asked a question. She said you can leave now. I had test before which was pleasent
I scheduled an appointment to be seen for a COVID test after receiving my first dose of the vaccine and feeling side effects for 5 days. I was denied service. I have insurance, verified they were in network. More than willing to pay it copay. When I arrived they wanted to charge me a pre-authorization fee of $250. I advised I only had a copay per my benefits. Long story short I was turned away because I couldn't just let $250 be held on a debit or credit card when I have insurance. They don't tell you that you get billed by separate providers. Not only did I get a bill for the balance my insurance didn't cover but I got separate bills for radiology and labs. Why go here if it isn't all under 1 roof....
super busy for a covid test with an appointment. Waiting w my kids for about 3 hrs to be done in 3 mins .. so disappointed
Staff was extremely rude and was making me feel like a piece of trash I will never ever come back to your facility……
It was just a mess. The best individuals were the nurse practitioner and the clinical tech/medical assistant (blonde hair and slim) who assisted me when she wasn’t supposed too because I was standing in the hallway waiting to get my Covid test done. However the worst person I’ve had to dealt with was Melissa (I don’t know if she lied about her name when I asked) . Melissa is semi petite, very dry personality and long burgundy hair.
