I waited for hours. There was a gentleman who came in who was clearly in need of immediate care, he nearly fell in the clinic and no did anything to assist him or his wife. His wife stated that he had diarrhea, and he went in to use the bathroom. I'm sure no one cleaned after he went in and others had no idea what was going on. Finally, his wife said she was taking him to the emergency room, and still nothing from the staff. The other people had to open the door for them. First visit was extremely long . I didn’t not make an appointment (urgent care ) . Waited over two hours while other people walked in who didn’t have an appointment, got seen before me . Then it was super weird . One lady did three tests, one for the flu and strep, then the third she also said was for the flu but tested with a nose swab .. didn’t make sense to me . I woke up with a sore on my leg which is now infected and no one can tell me how it got there. When they called to check on me and I told them I ended up in the emergency. The response was wonderful and thank you for letting us take care of you. Line didn't even listen to me.

Dr was professional. Was there 2.5 hours total to be diagnosed for bronchitis. (I was extremely sick, bad cough, runny nose, terrible headache). Went to Walgreens to pick up prescription immediately after walking out of Fast Track at 5:30 pm, I hurried since the pharmacy closed at 6:00 pm. My script was never received! It had been called into CVS instead!!! which also closed at 6:00 pm. The person at Fast Track offered to call it in to another location farther away but I was too sick to drive there. Everyone that I was around at Urgent care were great. However later that night, I got a call from TGH and they hung up before I could answer. I tried to call back and was placed on HOLD for 1.5 hour before I finally hung up. The next morning, I call the URGENT Care center and left two messages and still have not heard back.

I came there 1.30 pm for my son having fever they told me wait only for 30 minutes, I was waiting 2 o’clock, 3 o’clock and finely I asked them taking too long keep saying 4 patient ahead me , my baby was crying and tired, finally they showed my baby around 4 pm , If I have to wait that too long they suppose to tell me it wil take another 3 or 4 hours, If they do that I can go home and take care the baby and come back , I have another children to take care , I’m so upset that day

Very unprofessional. Will never be back. Poor service. I received a call after I left and asked to call back and sat on hold for 1 hour and 40 minutes until I hung up. Had to have my son drive me to the clinic the next day to see what I was called for. Very poor instructions provided on how to care for my issue after leaving. After the visit I heard from other medical professionals at other facilities that this is the common complaint there here.
