All of our doctors are trained in the care of both children and adults, and each has experience in the urgent care setting. All of our providers have chosen urgent care as a profession and work solely in our offices. By having the same group of physicians working closely together, we are able to render consistent care to our patients, much the same way a primary care doctor would.

Long wait and then told no X-ray available there. Had to go to another clinic. That one had crowded small waiting room and someone came in waiting area reporting fever and fear of COVID. Positive side was good X-ray tech. No word on results from nurse practitioner until I called several hours later. After two holds of 30 minutes (cut off first time) phone answered Told no fFX if not better in 1-2 months follow up with podiatry. I waited on hold on the phone for 44 minutes with no answer prior to my visit. I couldn’t get information from the receptionist about whether I should test for COVID. She was not kind. The Nurse Practioner conveyed an air of being on an ego trip. The tech was kind which I appreciated.
Easy on line appointment. Staff was friendly and helpful. I really like the rapid test results.

I went for a COVID test. They advertise that they do them there. When in a room the PA asked me the CDC questions and informed me I did not qualify for a test. I mainly wanted a test because my husband was having brain surgery and I am his caregiver. I am a nurse and figured it would not be good to have a caregiver who was asymptomatic COVID positive caring for a newly operated patient. after explaining my predicament the PA said I did not fit the criteria. My visit with my doctor was great, she was friendly and kind! I would recommend her. BUT the front desk.... I had made an appointment online the night before for 8:45, I walk in the door and the lady at the front desk does not greet me and tells me she can’t not take me until 9:45 because I did not arrive 15 minutes early meanwhile I arrived 7 minutes early. Instead of compromising with a guest who was sick she continued to be aggressive and rude. -Nicole Morris
