It was aweful, I was left waiting in a room while I could hear everyone outside the door carrying on a conversation not about business. I was hooked up to an ekg and left laying on the table way to long. My test results came back abnormal. Not a surprise! When I was sent to a specialist they said my test result was perfect. All I kept being told was we have a new system over and over and not to be rude but that was not my problem. It should not have affected me and my visit.

Wait was estimated at 1 hr 45 minutes. Waited more than three hours. Told I could not wait at home (less than 10 minutes away) and had to wait in a car in temp around 80+ degrees. Staff seemed disorganized and stated that they were not familiar with the facility. Provider did not seem familiar or experienced with simple task of removing stitches. I sat in the waiting room for over an hour after my appointment time, which I didn't mind considering it was Christmas Eve and there was only one provider available. When I was seen by Mackenzie, the PA, she started the exam but had to step out of the room to get her stethoscope. While gone, I overheard her on the phone with someone (presumably management of some sort) complaining that "we have 10 in-house and I'm very concerned that we will be stuck here until 4:00pm." Went in with symptoms of diverticulitis. The doctor said she couldn’t do anything without getting a CT scan first. Sent me out to the receptionist to schedule a referral. I paid for the visit and left. Two days later, I still haven’t heard anything from the scheduling department for the CT scan. But that’s not the end of the story. Realizing I wasn’t getting anywhere, I went over to AFC urgent care and I paid for another walk in clinic visit. Not impressed. I arrived in extreme pain which was obvious. One person was in the waiting room. I was left there for at least 30 minutes while 4 other people came in and were seen. When my husband asked why these people were being seen before me, the answer was "Drug Testing". Nothing more. Then when I finally went in, I was the only one left in the clinic, after the nurse checked me, I was left again for another 20 minutes. I come in with high blood pressure, and “the nurse” that identifies as a doctor (she’s a nurse not a doctor) I told her it was 165/102 then 158/95 the previous hour. It was 168/92 when your X-rays tech took it. Recommended I go to my PCP. Well no sh!t when i informed her I had an appointment for Jan 6th 50+ days away. It wasn’t until I came back and said yeah let me get the receipt, incase something happens I have proof. She writes in the bottom of the page urgently suggested to go to the ER. Made a appointment and still had to wait 1 hour with only 2 people in the waiting room. Was not happy about that
